Lots of sense to what you are saying.
Agree they will be a target. Think the new team should be given time to prove themselves before the Board becomes active and your timeframe isn't out.
But it can be done without being a multinational with deep pockets. RMD, COH, and PME have done it. PNV and NAN on their way. So it can be done.
Time will tell. Building blocks in place. It's time for the team to execute. If not, bring in the suiters
