yes SCB .. and touche' on all ... these things and much more have been covered off quite a lot since July.. and as its clear to see and understand what Ric didn't do compared to what was/is needed and PB is now actioning is stark..

thanks to PB we now have real plans in multiple areas that need strong focus and action, actually have needed them for a while.. and the revelation of KPI's with productivity metrics for sales and associated staff .. lol.. ( plus many other things as well ) ... I'm at a loss to think why we've never had them before.. perhaps its as no one from the past ( Ric and his band ) had run any company to success and profit ..
