correct SCB... there is a new sheriff in town and she has taken control.. we have detailed strategy and action plans of what to be done in multiple areas.. ( one of the ) biggest brain blow outs for me is the details on page 16 re what is now being set up or done re customer engagement strategy.. just what were the last lot doing ..?? not hard to see why sales are where they are.. second half of this year to be the final waiting to see real action and traction in the business.. and then on we go...

love it sooner however the real numbers to increase likely start to show in "strength" for Sept 4c.. as discussed before just my stab.. love some low hanging fruit before hand..
