There could be 600 units but they won't all be paying $2500 per month
Remember the example the CFO gave, 72k over 3 years now recognised as 2k per month (36x2), but CASH will be received more likely as follows as pricing increases over 3 year CONTRACTS (ie can't be changed)
year 1 $1500 per month 18k year
year 2 $2000 per month 24k year
year 3 $2500 per month 30k year
so I think cash flow break even is more than a year away
