I expect the 300 new units will be in targeted locations that have the patient flow to charge $2500 per month ( 28 tests a month split 50%medicare/50%private) if there is 600 even better. "Targeted approach" vs "these states have say 1000 locations go see what you can do".

In summary this is how I am thinking it pricing goes from here, some of the existing contracts will remain on stair step, until 28 tests covered by reimbursement is achieved (85% states covers expected June 2024), while overachieving locations will be pay est 50% of turnover, new contracts will be starting at $2500 per month for the 300-600 targeted locations.
Keeping in mind each monthly anniversary a new cohort starts their 3 year testing resume. Year 1 28 per month then Year 2 will be 56 and Y3 84. Which looks like that is happening from page 27 24HY. Start month could also be a combination of year 1 and high risk patient tested post surgery.

There is a better way.
