I smiled when i read that the sales team are being split into regional PODs. Its what I felt was essential if they were being serious about sales. implement competing strategies compare notes and then refine moving onto other sites and states.

This combined with a flexible high volume site coverage package I think will increase penetration. The stuff is cheap to make, get it into every corner of these huge institutions where a measurement needs to be taken, so most importantly we do not make them alter their work and clinical flow.
