I'd actually say its not if .. but when ..

the level of detail PB provided, the way the whole company is being re-focussed and working in unison leveraging of each other in a co-ordinated way now.. looking now for further indication expansion and understanding how to move into them and more..

we now actually have KPI's for sales staff..?? and others..?? you can't be serious that they weren't there before.. its finally being driven as it should have been for quite a while and from that results will come.. a little patience and when these have had time to achieve traction .. all will be rewarded..

re the delay in that happening.. given the lack of processes and integration established before now by prior management .. we all would have been in serous peril without the change in CEO and BOD.. share price would not be any different .. maybe even worse..?? less clarity provided to us and what actions would have been underway ..?? the picture that paints is quite distressing..

come on PB and team ..
