I can't say for hospitals( i expect they can find funds in their budgets), but a therapy practice would buy the SOZO unit outright and if I understand correctly, they can claim that cost/depreciating asset off in the first year. ie buy in May and its off set against profit for that year, reducing tax burden or some part tax refund and be one up on your competitors by having a SOZO. Any good Lymphedema Therapist would be wanting access to a SOZO and IPD regional seller is doing a reasonable job selling units each quarter.

As per below with the same install base, the USA makes 8 times ROW.

There is probably a good case and enough evidence to apply for an Australian Medicare code at some stage, with a 1 to 8 ratio ($2000 per year a unit vs $16000 per year a unit ) the focus has to be on the USA until IPD is self-funding and then the focus will be on regional/segments are bringing in the next best revenue stream. Its cost $3.5ishK to build a unit.
