Most definitely a safe set and forget money spinning stock.
Personally/selfishly I would love to see a little more ink on the largest shareholder register from top 20 to top 100 that would give me the incentive to buy a few more to see my name in the annual report! Undoubtedly the best stock I own and I would be proud to have my name in the AR.
Well done DDR team you are making us look like investing geniuses!
