Yeah fair enough. However Jarden initiated coverage on DDR in December 2023 and forecasted EPS growth of 11%. What we've seen is EPS growth of 9%. But the crazy part is that given the results release, DDR is actually cheaper right now trading at a P/E of 25 as opposed to yesterdays PE of 28.
I'm looking for a PE closer to 20. In the meantime, I'll take my 6% dividend.
