Ann: Investor Presentation, page-15

It's been a cracking investment for long term holders. Buying this up in May, June and July of 2023 was just insane. All of my purchases were when the P/E was hovering at the 17 mark. Historically, that's cheap. I'm no chartist and I have no idea on TA, but DDR has been threatening to break below the $11 mark since November. That's what I'm looking for from a purely selfish perspective. To buy it cheaper!
Fundies aren't so much into this stock and the ones who are can pull the trigger and sell to take profits at any time. Or maybe when Mr. Dicker sells more to fund his existence, there'll be a temporary, short lived hissy fit that might again provide buy and hold retail investors like myself with another opportunity to accumulate.

If it doesn't happen, then so be it.
