This project seems to be going around and around with no end in sight, they never seem to actually move forward. They released the final Bankable Feasibility Study nearly 2 years ago in April 2022, and now they are announcing that a new "Optimised Feasibility Study" is now underway (though no completion date indicated). Then there's a throwaway statement around progressing an EPA agreement. I thought it was the case that the FID is supposed to follow the BFS ? Now we see the true outcome from the recent merger - another excuse for AVL to delay the FID. More money gets spent meantime on a bloated management and board structure. Meantime, if the Vanadium price does decide to take off and the sector comes back into vogue, AVL will be once again stuck in the feasibility study and permitting stages, unable to move forward.
