is this an indicator they are wanting to give a bit of a bump up in the share price so they can then go to the market for a cap raise ? If allowed to participate I would probably decline as the company has become averse to knowing how to run a tight ship financially in the last couple of years , but very capable of making forecasts they do not meet .
Couple of high up resignations shown in a new presentation for a cap raise to show a cultural shift , and I may be interested in participating in a cap raise
