I recommend to everyone to read through the GST guidelines, % numbers for different foods just as one example. Normally we expect 10% GST in AUS but not all items attract 10%. Some 10%, some 0%. As a start have a look at your supermarket docket and work out the % stated. Hardly ever 10%, mostly a lot less. Now imagine that for all goods and services. To top it, let's go to Europe. Even worse. I had to deal with simple staff in Germany in the 90s, already head scratching back then.
If they got the software to deal with all implications for each country, tax man approved and accepted, then that will take off like Space X.
