Also had a Bad Refund experience for eligible VAT refund from our Holiday to U.K in early 2019.
Arrived at the Airport early for my morning flight around 7.45am all our receipts ready for our refunds Smile on our faces, only to find not only the paper work a pain to fill out! and then after completing it, being told by staff vat Refund office only opens at 9am situated more than likely in the basement to make hard for punters to find and obtain the refund .
Wish Way 2 Vat App was available then! And just think of the Thousands in the same situation!
