how did you work out 10M$ cash after raise.
they have 700k at end of Dec and we are now in march they likely blown up all the money
CR 4.2M$ unsure if they will get tranche 2 as SP is already underwater and likely will get nothing from 1M$ SPP
so they will be with 2.2M$ cash max
