The SPP is about 50m shares and 33m oppies. If only 50% would be taken up the company misses out on about $500k. They can live with that. The tranches 1 and 2 is what is all about and that should go ahead as planned. 8th of April is last day for it, easy for the bigger forces to get the sp above that by then.
Tech stocks of all kind, bios, fins... got hyped 2-3 years and the IPOs were valued on potential alone, income did not count. The interest cycle changed it to the other extreme, nobody valued potential, income is what counts. No wonder, almost all lost up to 90% in value. Now we are at the bottom of that cycle and those tech stocks that got their act together and survived are the ones that will become winners. W2V could be one of them due to growing customer base, growing revenue and offering products so far nobody can offer but many need. Similar story at the other ones I hold. They all are ready to pop, they just need the spark. W2V had is first brief look to the upside, the next one won't be that far from here.
