So why do you continue to hold a losing stock??
Why do you and all these other people continue to lose money on it it instead of selling an moving on??
Why hold an overvalued stock, when you could sell at above what it's worth??
Wishful thinking? The leopard will change it's spot? Or is it just a pure gamble as you don't understand the market??
I held this stock on and off over several years, the writing was on the wall back then and I bailed. Why shouldn't I continue to follow the actions of a stock I did a huge amount of research into?
The entire time the stock has been decreasing in price, we have had plenty of people continuously ramp it about the next drill program or results, talking up useless 'discovery' after 'discovery' the company claims..
You and the 'others' continually fall for the same garbage from management, who tend to do the expensive type of exploration (including admin/corporate costs). Never do they bother taking up time to gain a series of hints (geophysics) cheaply, before drilling a multitude of dud holes.
I understand why some of the posters here , that are likely very close to management keep ramping the stock, but why are you stuck or trapped?? Why are you upset mainly about the price of shares, yet keep holding and wanting to blame those that have been telling you for years it's a dud??
What are you hoping for, people stop commenting negative posts so the price can rise and you sell out higher up??
Comments from people on HC will not change the price one iota, so why take out your frustrations on those that have been correct?
You need to stop blaming those that have been accurate and look at what the hell you are doing still holding this dog. Wouldn't you be better off invested in something going up in price instead of continually worrying and losing more here??
I've found that over many decades of investing the single biggest mistake I've made is holding onto dog stocks, not just because of the loss of money in them, but the psychological baggage that accompanies holding onto losers for a long time. Once sold, even for a loss, I can move on to other better prospects, and yes I keep monitoring things I spent a lot of time researching, to see if my judgement was correct or incorrect and needed changing..
I can give you a list of dog stocks I once held that I lost money in, that kept going down (lots now delisted), plus a couple that went ballistic after I sold, (like AVZ that I sold at 7-8c after buying at 2c, went to over $1, but now suspended and I wouldn't want to hold). Some I even lost over 50- 70%% of my investment because of large gaps down (usually on finding nothing), but peace of mind from not holding big losers is priceless, and allows you to concentrate on 'other' possibilities. All IMHO...
