I have put forward, that I believe Silver Lake will take a position in Linius.
I believe it will be in the form of gaining Board voting power as it has done with Endeavor.
I'm not sure how they can achieve this without a major shareholding which in Au is around 15-20%.
Newspapers have reported that Silver Lake will sell off IMG, but when you read Wiki , IMG is much more than just sports rights management.
It is worth noting that ALL? (most) clients that Linius has, are part of the Silver Lake/ Endeavor groups and what extra pressure does that place on the Board.
