Mostly negative... but someone was buying..... (along side you).
Not me, at least not on that day (day before I think).



There has been only one official buyer and that is Regal, who has accumulated over 10% of the company since the last raising in August 2023.
Though I am not 100% confident on that, as Regal could have held shares in other entities on the register (UBS etc) earlier on.

Cheers @forbearance1 - Interestingly it's actually just less than what is required to sit inside the top 20. I wonder if it was Regal again? Though the volume on Friday was actually not very high at all. Does seem to look like PNR might see some incredible spot prices for this month overall, which surely can only bode well with the chance that production comes close to matching Marchs rate.



Not so long ago, one of PNRs directors sold down a large amount of shares...
At approx $0.05, which is approx 70% lower than Friday's close.



Finally, from what I can tell, during the last capital raising at $0.06 for $30m, the directors did not participate at all.....................
I find that really... in stark contrast to so many of the better performing producers in the sector.

Not too long until we get the updated Director info.



The market can see as clear as day that the MD does not have much skin in the game (and he has had a long time and many opportunities to increase his holdings (so many capital raisings!)). Though... as below, there are incentives for him to get this company profitable...

Now... where it gets interesting, is the incentives management have.... wow.... not sure I have seen anything like it!
