    They plan to flow test (not drill) the shallow gas cap and lower lake beds so probably need the bigger rig to reach the deeper lake beds.

    I think the $100k per well figure is if there's a future development drilling program of the shallow gas cap which could be done with a smaller/cheaper rig.
