Hi Brewstex. I think that it's a good deal at 2 cents. I just hope that the company doesn't go back into its shell after it's got the money. Our new CEO will certainly be trying because he's getting a pile of performance rights !
The free 3 cents option is the real kicker if this comes right.
Regal ? No real view. The fees they get are nice business so I don't read too much into it beyond that. Trudell and Bioscience are taking $1m each, so we're talking $4.5m of underwriting risk. If I had to guess, I'd say they'll end up with 30-35% of that.
