Well another underwhelming day for IPD. The clock is ticking and the lack of news is concerning.
Lets review some timelines shall we.
26/7/22 Richard Carreon announced as departing
29/11/22 Richard Valencia appointed
3/8/23 Spill called - Yes that is correct. Started to agitate for radical change less than 9 months after the appointment of new CEO
28/9/23 Results of Spill announced McGregor Grant in charge
20/11/23 Everyone got fired and P Bains announced
8/1/24 P Bains commenced
So MG has been installed for nearly 8 months and PB for nearly 6.
What a fiasco.
The results being achieved are completely consistent with the instability brought on.
I said at the time this was not the way to make a change and that it would derail the company for 12 - 18 months. I have changed my mind - it will take longer.
