Not to mention an extraordinary governance position with minority Independent Directors, neither with a financial background experienced to chair the Audit and Risk Committee or Exec Rem negotiation experience to chair the Rem Committee. There’s a reason boards are meant to be independent of management but all we hear is they are aware of the issue. When will some experienced qualified directors be appointed?! Then we might see some accountability.
