    well thanks Novcell ..

good to have some detail and thanks for your exception .. lol.. wink.png

yes.. sales of 50 odd in June Qtr 23 in US.. you may not have been around at that time as you've been posting only from Feb this year so looking at numbers only.. at the next 4c for Sept Tim and Ric said on the call after sales dropped back to under 20 ish that they expected that .. did not expect them to continue at the previous rate ( 50 ) and the lower number achieved was "back to normal as they expected" apparently and that would be the trend.. if thats what they expected and said I don't understand why you say what you do .. why was this expected ..?? this was after also saying that the co had continued to operate with no disruption and it had been and was continuing as business as usual .. so all had been and was good.. straight from them both on the call... so was there a problem ..?? did they say anything..? ... no..

so why the bump June Qtr then ..?? was it due to the EOFY to calculate the STI's ..?? which were never in the Co's life paid on anything other than a full year ..?? but that year it was for some reason changed to 6 months.. and talk about taking $$$ from the company.. Ric's STI alone was $176k cash ish ( from memory and late now and not bothered about looking up the exact number .. check me out if you wish ) and what was that calc on ..?? number of sozo tests performed.. which by themselves brings in zero revenue for the co.. and the way it was set up for Ric sales and revenue for the co could actually go backwards,,, meaning less $$... but if test numbers went up while this happened he would still have gotten more STI's.. can you run through that for having company progress as an incentive to take out $$ as well as SH interests in mind thanks..

another juicy bit around this subject.. a friend of mine sent the Co an email asking questions about the STI's after the Ann report came out, their calcs and why based upon a half year this time and when was that changed and impact upon $$ paid..

originally the question was ignored by the co.. the shareholder followed them up over a month later and on the next 4C Tim apparently "readout " the SH email and Ric answered .. details are Tim only partially read the email that was sent and he also paraphrased it.. and the answer Ric gave did not cover the questions the shareholder asked.. so ..

talk about governance, competency transparency etc.. if a SH question is avoided in such a blatant way.. about the $$ they are taking from the co.. WT..?? it can't be said they didn't understand as it was written down.. hear your thoughts on that for us thanks...

and the CFO was on a package of over $900k .. again re the excessive $$ you mention and how it compares to the now $$ ..

and to be clear.. all of the above are not beliefs or guesses but facts..

yes as you say the new BOD have been there over 6 months .. Parmjot has not.. the new BOD would not ( and I confirmed this in a meeting with them ) have changed the daily operations and strategy of the Co.. that was and is for the CEO.. PB started 8 Jan.. did a whirlwind recap for clients, prospects, KOL, IDN's staff, systems and processes.. and now.. as has been stated on here and by the Co.. the new systems to turn it all around officially kicked off in April .. that means that the co operations were happening and fundamentally running as set up by Ric until these new ones were designed and now implemented.. so if the changes have only been recently done.. to say they've had 6 months and done nothing is not based in understanding .., they have done a lot but the fruits of these are coming still..

does the BOD design strategy or run it to the CEO's plan and vision..?? when did PB start ..?

yes Michigan and Alabama had critical coverage since April last year ish .. Ric was in the chair till 21st? November..(7 months) no sales there as the Co had no sales staff operating there. for that time. not sure there are words to adequately describe that.. regardless of a supposed gun recruit coming or not.. happy to hear how thats good management, leadership, and just running the business from a CEO as it should .. complete fail in reality

yes.. Ric said he was looking at the "gun" person.. ( if you were around back then he said a lot of things.. lots were quite a stretch shall we say so you know the gun he mentioned and can confirm that they are a gun.. or was it more Ric talk .. like he was responsible for NCCN after 4 months .. now that deserves a lol .. ) don't recall mention of 10-15 sales staff coming with them but not saying it didn't get mentioned.. I do remember as posted on here though Ric telling a shareholder to their face when asked details about the Co's sales and strategy that Ric's focus is not on sales but internal systems and infrastructure.. can you talk us through what that would have meant for sales ramp up.. and cash burn.. and the Nanasonics mate you reference has operated in US sales for 30 years with several Co's .. clearly not just a body in the chair.. as with all things time will tell though ..

its impossible to know the what would have been to the now re sales at this exact point of time .. we can speculate all we like and its just a guess on both sides but the real thing is what happens from now with a whole of company focus and coordination of all departments to do this.. this is all new .. from all the history of words and actions for me the Co has actually been saved.. this being based upon reading everything for years and having actual meetings with people in the company discussing all that can be and seeing what they say and then what actually they end up doing ... talk is cheap as the saying goes.. can you tell us how many personal meetings or interactions you have had with anyone from the company management thanks .. be good to know..

back to sales.. after being there just under one year.. Ric had no customer data base, client segmentation, no priority list, no coordination between sales, marketing and medical, no KPI's or performance metrics for sales etc.. what has this done for sales for all this time..?? are these the actions of a CEO with vision commitment and grunt..?.. and Ric was so on top of NCCN as he claims the credit for .. originally when it came out he told shareholders in a meeting that it took them by surprise so they have to now figure out what to do.. yes.. several shareholders I know were in the room when that was said.. the NCCN announcements are out around a usual time so they knew it was coming but.. but.. no prep no vision for that.. but credit after that fact ..

more vision commitment and .. another biggy is there has not been any work done for leg development.. this is now underway.. when the NCCN survivorship came out and said that all cancer patients that may develop lymp should be assessed.. to get the rest of the TAM of $2Bn for all these cancer patients they need the leg development to access this.. this was known back in April last year .. and Dave Anderson the ex BCBS exec you mention should have been all over this from the get go as thats 100% in his wheelhouse yes ??.. yet here we are and hasn't been done.. what will happen to sales when this is available with SOZO ..? if it had been started back in April would it be ready and able to sell for that and those other cancers today ..?

so leg was parked just the same as CHF and Renal .. thoughts for these re vision commitment and grunt thanks..

and now we find ourselves here.. essentially the Co has had to have the Ctrl Alt Delete buttons pressed to re-boot the whole thing.. for action thats currently being done.. have a look at the details in the investor deck with last 4c.. that by itself has more info and detail and actions taken than the previous year by itself.. not a belief.. read them and see..

the vision, commitment and grunt that has long been needed for the Co is now here.. no one from the old had ever taken any company to profit.. all of the above I mention ( other than leg ) have been posted many times by many posters over the last 10 months... and there is a lot more than these .. check out posts from Acclivity for details about many things for one and there are others..

there is lots to the IPD saga other than a few quick headlines.. not sure how much of this you've looked at since last July.. there is a lot to catch up on and still more for the new people to do.. and yes the Share price at the moment stinks.. thats all from sales achieved.. what would they be without the changes done..?? possibly higher but we can only speculate.. we can also speculate if they would have been enough to keep the SP around 20c. woulda coulda shouda.. what I have every conviction is that it will all change before long.. and I've been topping up with these on sales prices..

vision commitment and grunt is underway..

time for some zeds.. nite all..
