How badly the companywas setup to capitalize on its position/potential.
Reoccurring theme of announcedtime frames not being meet (forecasting issues) and poor sales for over 2 years.
Michigan state was amarket that could have 500+ units and has been available for nearly 11 months.
My focus is on.1- can the last prioritytarget states get policy by quarter end. (Required for the new employees tohave enough available reimbursable market and have these employees operating ata capacity that is worthy of their salary/wages/compensation and ongoing employment.Approx 9 sales staff on board for at least 6 months.
2- The 95% coverage changedto 85% coverage by end of 24Q4 (20 odd days for this to happen) Historicallymanagement have never been able to bring anything in on the indicated timeline.
3- Increasing sales. Michigan should be leading the way.
Until one of the abovehappens the SP should continue to drift down.There will be aninflection point if you are ready to take advantage.
19.5M reasons for SP togo up. 10 days of supply to cover if no major sales flush before any of theabove occur.
