I looked back and don't see any Board spill attempt in 2019? there was a cap raising and it looks to me like the Board moved to taking its fees in shares rather than cash to preserve cash and further align with shareholders. Personally, I wish all Boards would show that sought of commitment. I understand what you say about directors interest notices being mostly due to that remuneration structure, but if you look more closely there's no doubt DW and DA bought loads of shares on market in addition. RV bought a few million shares too.

re current Board, why do you think an Australian Medicare person would be a good addition? Australian Medicare appears of little (if any) relevance to the company's current opportunity? or am I missing something?
