who would have thought that you and Sector would turn up at the same time. Only 20 years to wait here so don't sweat it. Nobody in the world is using your technology and isn't trying to so I am sure the FDA will just rush in to tick it off for approval.
They will probably then say there is no need for a manufacturing plant or approval of it, so just do it in Sector's garage.
