I disagee with THAT pledge. I respectfully submit that statements like lack either need extraordinary substantiation or they reduce the credibility of those that make them.
I actually don't believe you believe that - I think you are smarter than that.
So this post of mine makes two assumptions.
1st your claim is (Nature (magazine the science journal of which Nature Medicine is a part) is euro-trash incredible to me on its face. I consider it, with Science as one of the top two general science publications in the world and with Cell perhaps coming in third (but I could be out of date especially on Cell?)
If you can substantiate Nature (magazine) is any kind of trash in the set of respected and creditable journals you'll have taught me something I really didn't expect to learn and I'd owe you.
You could even tag me sometimes saying remember you owe me one - look at this.
2nd you are too smart to believe it on the basis of having done any sort of fair and reasonable evaluation yourself (yes that's my opinion of you and based on my possibly out of date view in the 1st point)- so do I think you are just taunting bedger on that point but its not only him that reads you - I read you (to see other peoples BS dispatched often) and you lose credit with me with stuff like that. Calling non-bs bs is a false positive. This in my opinion is an example of your bs detection being fallible.
