Pfiefer. There have been autologous and arguably already an allogeniec (Omidubicel, a nicotinamide modified allogeneic hematopoietic progenitor cell) approvals by the FDA. Of course Mesenchymal stem cells have been used in many applications and loopholes as you call them. That doesn't detract from the other very specific FDA approvals in stem cells.
I myself have had Mesenchymal stem cells nearly a decade ago in Australia under the Special Access Scheme. There are multiple clinicans offering adipose-derived stem cells in every city in Australia.
Jeez, its hard enough correcting the ignorant.
