You seem to be sure that only 11 patients have been plotted against 11 lots.
I disagree. I don't know how many patients had data included in the chart. To only have one per lot is very unlikely, more likely that each individuals result were pooled per lot and then averaged.
If you consider this the N values are far larger than you or I thought . Reasonable to think of at least 40 sets of data been distributed over 11 batches from 3 donners.
Great data, validation . You don't need exactly the same population. As long as you have old stock to annalise ( same test) and available tests at entry point and at a later point so you can show % reduction of CD4+ T cells. EAP programs old trials and I would bet those 70 adults treated post CRL 1 will be added to the BLA . This would bring up the current stock as been as effective as that used in 001 and it would validate the potency assay in new stock.
