Agree with you.
I'm leaning towards a positive package and, personally, i think Traf could cover it all. But it will come down to the offtake terms and and how competitive they are compared to offtake without finance.
I can't see Bill doing a project equity sell-down below the value he has already released,, probably higher given the outlook for copper. My gut says we'll get sizable offtake linked finance on reasonable terms and retain 100% of WL project.
