Gidday, DB - good to see you actively participating on these boards again.

I was the one who asked Trav to put the question to the Board at MLX's AGM re: the con notes. I've been pushing Matt offline - but obviously - his lips are sealed on this matter. As such, I wanted to gauge where MLX stood on the matter - especially with Brett Smith (formerly APAC) at the helm.

I don't want to speculate on the specifics, but I am relieved to hear that MLX are seemingly open to a renegotiation of the con notes, do not want to see CYM tied up in receivership (which can be a drawn out process taking several years - which isn't in their benefit) & believe they will realise more than the current carrying value of the notes. This has been weighing on me (and potentially the SP), but I am more confident now that a deal will be done.

Once we have churned through the significant equity at the recapitalised price of 4c and sorted out the debt facility and con notes - we should be off to the races. Cheers.
