Matt indicated that he'd had offers to buy Maroochydore and Nanadie.
IMO, if he was so desperate for finance (particularly as this is Pacific Roads' biggest investment), surely he'd be chomping at the bit to sell them.
But he wasn't. He was cool and calm, indicating to me that they still have plenty of options.
Also, during the Q&A session at the end, it sounded like he's got some juicy upcoming announcements.
Nothing finalised yet though and not ready for release.
