Yep LH, and it would be nice to hear the expected return on capital for that Gle plant as well. Silex's share of that might be bigger than the royalties in time. It's easy to roughly work out yourself, (I pulled a $3bill build cost out of my rear.) Although, to be fair it maybe a little awkward to sprout to the world how much money you are going to make and at the same time sprout to government how much help is needed if you are to go forward with the venture.
