Not good. Usually an investor presentation comes before a CR. We did just raise some money so I am guessing, given the timing, that this could be targeted at the options holders.
Seems clear as day that the AD-214 transaction will not be announced this week, with no new language/ update or even a new slide from the other webinar presentations over the past few months.
A little anti-climatic for me but going to call the options are going to expire with 0 to little uptake.
Looks like we will now just wait in limbo hoping that a deal can materlize in the "near term". A term that has been thrown around for the last 6 months
