Little being said on the ADT threads re Orion increasing its selling to half its holding of ADT script. It leaves me a little uneasy considering it gets market sensitive information that the market does not by virtue of being a lender to ADT with the company having to comply with lending covenants usually tied to development benchmarks. It's not a good look considering Orion usually consider themselves a 'partner' in the projects they finance and tend to stay invested until the script has reached what they consider full value.
Any thoughts?
