I'm already overweight in SOL and BKW but couldnt resist entering at this price.
I think there will be surprises to the upside in the years to come for BKW for the following reasons
1) increasing payout from SOL and REITs getting occupied and developed
2) there is no doubt that Australia is experiencing a housing crisis and the only way to solve this is to build more, BKW will benefit from this trend, irrespective of economic condition or interest rates
3) Valuation looking compelling, market still sees BKW as a building product company that is highly sensitive to interest rate movements, that is simply not true. It is a diversified conglomerates with multiple sources of income
4) Trump will win the presidential race this year and more infrastructures builds will happen in USA, with their aging infrastructures, Glen Gary will benefit from the building boom.
Not to say its risk free, but IMO rewards greatly outweights risks.
