Most of their contracts are relatively small & not material to report to the market which is how/why they can do ~$15m in detect/fibre revenues a year without many market annoucements (access & illuminate is even smaller in terms of contracts).
You are not wrong in being concerned around no major multiyear equipment & support contracts popping up recently as that to me seems the only path to the growth they are signaling, but they seem to rely on selling at trade shows & delivering 3-6 mths later, so my hope is that at least for 2h24 they should be close to what they forecast...but who knows
