Ah no, ECS's CEO pays themselves 300k, and invests most of it back into the company, and actually achieves cash flow positive quarters. Not in need of cash as we have $6 million cash at bank.
Very different situation from what you have here with AGH, a CEO paying himself multiples more than the company has ever come close to making, highest paid CEO in the cannabis space with achieving nothing, with not enough cash at bank to pay him and staff for the next year! Its very , very different.
