Regardless what happens with the ICR business model, i foresee it will be delisted if the SP doesn't improve soon - there is no point for it staying listed as it costs $$$ to stay listed and comply with all reporting requirements etc.. they will soon decide it isn't feasble to maintain listing on ASX
