How to interpret? If costs over 3q are lower than the last Q then logically costs are going up. If prices over 3Q are higher than the last Q then logically prices are trending down.
Yes that is correct but the only thing that matters is what's happening this quarter and beyond, the rest is history...this quarter prices will be higher and costs lower than the previous , to what degree is yet to be discovered as is whether that trend continues .
