They should be realistic about the runway they need and working with their larger shareholders (they have quite a concentrated shareholder base) toward a larger raise. Works best for everyone.

The business naturally fits with an ISP IMHO. ISPs are in the process of re-inventing themselves and I think the wifi motion sense could be big, particularly the aging in place market, on top of general home security.
