There are a couple of things that are occupying my thoughts at the moment.
1. In this presentation, the company says it will make a submission for the LEU tender by DOE, applications close 24th August. If Silex are going to have a serious chance won't they need TRL6 achieved prior to the submission.
2. The option to buy the site at Paducah is only 6 months duration, the company will need a lot of certainty before they exercise the option and "shortly".
I think we will hear positive news in the next few months (shortly).
Just speculating.
