It’s good to see people picking up on the fact that there was 1 page dedicated to how they were going to use the funds…….and then the following 3 pages listed all the key risks (plus the little disclaimer that the there maybe more risks that the Directors don’t know of)
…..and as @StockHound81 has already pointed out, the below risk is a special one that seems to be playing out on a daily basis.
Now, has anyone talked about Dilution, Dilution or Dilution yet?……or is that under a NDA as well?
