some clarification on recent churn numbers.. on the 4c call MG advised there were some devices that were not being used but have been in the installed US base numbers reported for some time .. these devices have been cleared out as part of the reset/house cleaning they have been doing in all parts of the Co. for reporting purposes these need to be taken out of US installed base, from this recent churn numbers are inflated as a result..
MG said this is now completed and that the removal of these devices has had no impact on revenue as they were not paying $$ .... and now this qtr any churn will be from SOZO not renewed or cancelled by customers.. not the clean up.. my take is we should see churn reduce .. lets see what the numbers are when reported..
