It is widely accepted that Eddie has saved the company, our shares would be worthless in the absence of Eddie.
The price for saving the company is: Eddie is the major beneficiary as a shareholder, he also controls the board and the final lever, he is also the financier.
CKA remains highly speculative for me, more due to control and less due to the business.
