Flatish result, but that's good enough for me. Very high free cash flow, has allowed them to retire all debt.
Report increase in cloud users (+4%) but it is difficult to understand how much of this is just conversion from the legacy desktop licenses (which they are transitioning away from). How much is 'growth' how much is 'conversion'; or perhaps even better would be some visibility on customer churn.
Regardless - it is a good result, and legal division now contributing to EBITDA past 12 months.
