I invested in RKN, made capital loss but income from their special dividend was more then the capital loss...so I was positive at the end of the day when exited this stock.
the owner has majority stake in business, but if look at the graph above https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/76959791/single then you can see that since 2012 it is going down so almost a decade plus the trajectory is clearly going down apart from small upward moment every now and then..!
i am not sure if they can turnaround business or share price now after selling one of the biggest revenue generating business they had before.
so it's in watchlist for me.
