Yeah true some of your points makes sense but from my point of view I know exactly why finance hasn't been secured yet , as you may know interest rates for business are 8%.
In 4 months time or so that is likely going to be 6% or less they are expecting 4 rate cuts from September onwards till next year so that will make it alot more attractive for management to get a cheaper rate all in my opinion .
